I think of you ....

Mark,

I just downloaded an application to edit videos, it only allowed me to use limited pictures and also at the beginning it is a bit crazy but I think that because it is my first ever video I can be forgiven.... hehe.

The lyrics are very much what I think! :)

I hope you like it ! xxx

I think of you - Sixto Rodriguez

Just a song we shared I'll hear
Brings memories back when you were here
Of your smile, your easy laughter
Of your kiss those moments after

I think of you
And I think of you
And think of you.

Of the dreams we dreamt together
Of the love we vowed would never
Melt like snowflakes in the sun
My days now end, as they begun

With thoughts of you
And I think of you
And think of you.

Down the streets I'd walk with you
Seeing others doing
Things we used to do.
Now these thoughts they're haunting me
Of how complete, I used to be
And in these times that we're apart
I'll hear that song that breaks my heart

And I think of you
And think of you.{bis.
Refrain...
And I do.
Refrain...

Surprise surprise!

I just wanted to write a quick post today as an update. So here I go...

My gorgeous cariño Elisa  has once again surprised me with news that she has been able to book time off to see me in December which is awesome news and very exciting for both of us. It is not official though until we get confirmation of all bookings put into place. Currently as it stands it looks like the dates will be set as 22nd Dec to 11th Jan still leaving the weekend for Elisa to get back and rest before work on the 14th Jan. We both look forward to organising this trip to enable us to be together again, which is Genial!

The other surprises have been early Birthday presents for both of us (as our birthdays are separated only by 50 days), which has been a..may..zing too. Elisa gets a new Ipod Touch 32GB and I get a new Samsung SIII and both of us overwhelmed with happiness as they were both much wanted items as Elisa wanted it for photos, music and applications and my phone has been troublesome lately and so it was good to get the order put through.

Next surprise may be arriving sooner than planned.... Watch this space to find out!!
I love you and miss you dearly babe and cannot wait to see you and finally spend quality time with you!

Our Valentine Day dinner at Rasoi Restaurant

Our trip to the Restaurant
Today, we just remembered our Valentine's dinner date at the prestigious Rasoi (by Vineet Bhatia) Restaurant. And I thought why not posting it on our blog as I must confess that this was one of the best experiences in my life.

I have never been to a very posh restaurant before but there is always a first time for everything and that night I felt like a real princess. I must mention that this is normal and regular Mark's treatment towards me but the night was a surprise that you kept  very quiet! I remember you mentioning that we had to dress relatively smartly as we were going to have dinner at Chelsea! the first thought was 'Wow, this sounds like a posh dinner'.

We arrived there just in time to find the place, we walked around Lincoln St. but we couldn't locate the restaurant. Our appointment was at 7pm (I think Mark?) and it was a bit dark as it was in February, but after a few minutes we found the place! it looked like a house from outside and I wasn't sure what to expect.

We then went through the entrance and a person greeted us and took our coats. I felt the first impression of 'Uh-oh, we are in a very posh place!'. After the doorman took our coats he seated us at one of the tables and the place was empty from inside the experience was really nice, the place had lots of Indian atmosphere and the staff very welcoming and friendly. After our arrival they informed us that there was a complimentary food from the house and they placed it on our table... the rest was just a feast of plates that kept coming to our table. Unfortunately I do not recall the names of the dishes but Mark, if you remember any you could perhaps go to this post and Edit the captions for the photos? if not the full menu is here http://www.rasoi-uk.com/prestige.php and I have got pictures to prove how wonderful that night and the dishes were! I didn't want to destroy the pieces of art! he he

I now understand why not many people were there, the menu is around £100 or more per head! .... Mark, you absolutely know how to keep a girl happy with small and big presents all the time! I still cannot believe it, you are an amazing gentleman! :) I have got other experiences that Mark took me too... to follow!

Here are the pics of the amazing plates:

My second trip to Austria - To visit the family!

Okay, a while ago Mark expressed that he wanted to know about my experiences in Austria specifically from my last trip as the first trip you were there so I am sure you know how a great time we had!. I think I am inspired to tell my story and share my thoughts today so let's make the most of it.

Firstly, I wanted to say Mark, after my comments saying that you don't write a lot in our blog, I  must admit that the last three posts are yours so I am very impressed. hun! hehe... Tell me about girl power, (hehe...love you! x)

Okay, on the 17th June 2012 I went to Austria to visit Andy (your mum) and this trip was fully funded by you. I wanted to say thanks for that! which I am still very grateful about it and thinking back, I think I deserved that weekend away after so many stressful days at work. On top of stresses, June was an usual monthly weather behaviour in the UK! (raining, raining and raining non-stop. The most interesting fact, is that June is meant to be Summer in the UK!) Oh well!

So on the 17th of June I flew to Austria, I must admit that before traveling I had mixed feelings (as a normal person I had that small fear to the unknown) By now, I met Sylvia (your grandma) and I knew what to expect from her because luckily she likes me :) hehe. But I wasn't sure about meeting your mum when you told me that you were not traveling but you thought that it would be good to meet more family members (as they were literally around the corner!)

You were so right with that thought!... On the 17th I flew to Graz but the first time I visited the country was with you and I am glad that we did a lot of walk around the town because when I arrived I could know where I was and it wasn't unfamiliar to me. But Sylvia and Andy were waiting for me right outside the arrivals door at the airport so it was so easy to find them and for them to find me! hehe. Andy had to spot me (Mark did a good job about our Skype chat so we could see each other and some picture training there too I think! hehe)

It was really good to arrive and get a massive hug (and I mean massive as if I knew me for ages!) from Andy then from Sylvia. Then we headed to Sylvia's house on the taxi. Graz was hot and sunny and I couldn't believe my eyes to see such a beautiful town in summer. Last time we went it was freezing but it was still a beautiful town! We then had a good catch up at home and talked about everything and we called you as well as you were worried about me and your mum not spotting me. Although you were miles away you were worried like a dad that is letting his daughter go on a first date! haha.... Calls from Australia to your mum, messaging me on my phone, etc etc.... hehe xx

After that, your mum and I headed to the Hotel and we had another catch up. I think I told her lots and lots of thing and she did too and we went to bed at 2am or later. It was a nice girly chat and I felt at home. Your mum was such a nice and happy person (and I was worried that she might not be the chatty type! how wrong I was!) We also went for a walk around town and we spotted the first signs that we like 'Jewellery' a lot and even the same pieces and colours. Very random but our tastes are so similar!...

On Saturday we went to Slovenia, which was a great trip! we had a massive ice-cream and ordered the same food from the menu! (see photo on the right) your mum took photos of us in the restaurant of the two of us and I use her camera to take a few shots of the city but unfortunately they travelled to Australia with her. I have got a few shots though and I have put them here. I also found a bag with my name, I am a brand in Slovenia! amazing!

Sunday, when I was leaving it was really good too because your mum took Sylvia and I to a very nice restaurant inside the airport so we had a nice lunch before me traveling back to the UK and I a took a lovely picture of them. Sylvia did enjoy the treat and was so happy, she didn't even want to let me go at the airport! she was holding my arm and I thought I was going to stay in Graz! hehe...

It was a wonderful trip overall and I am glad that I did go and met the family,
I am excited now about meeting them all in Australia soon, I cannot wait to meet the rest of the Suransky family but more importantly:

I cannot wait to be with the most important Suransky person for me! and this is you my sweet Mark!! I am counting the days to witness all our plans to come reality and go according to what we are carefully planning and working towards.....

It is going to be A...May....Zing!  :) xxxx

A bit on the work side

The last two weeks I have been in my insurance job. So far it has purely been training. I am learning a lot and it is really good but involves a lot of concentration and has so far been quite interesting. I am glad to have been offered this position for a variety of reasons.

Firstly, savings is key right now for Elisa and I and am now getting that side happening. Secondly, it is a great small firm to work for and the people there are all friendly and due to its size, it is growing at a more rapid rate thereby allowing me to develop alongside the companies growth. Thirdly, it is not too far from home, so is well positioned between where I am living now to the city. Lastly, the insurance industry is completely different to my usual financial investment jobs in the past..so it is always good to change it up and learn new skills in a new and exciting industry. The company is called MBS Insurance, a risk broker agency that specialises in specific personal and business insurances.

Now that I have a job, it seems saving can now begin which is great!

Elisa my gorgeous cariño is also getting a lot done.. aren't you babe, lots and lots done! : )
Already 2 applications forwarded off, savings underway for a family visit to see Mom and Dad in Buenos Aires and also near to arranging our Aussie visa which is the final visa arrangements.
Not only that but working it tough with overtime and weekends -  but all towards the goals which is great

I look forward to our skype chat this weekend gorgeous (Once my hermosa cariño gets the rest she deserves..a nice long saturday nights sleep to catch up and feel revived from all the overtime done as of lately.)

We always ensure we stay communicating and our weekends are definitely the best as we get time to visually catch up and see each other which is a..may...zing (always the highlight of the week).
Hun, I have sent you a lovely surprise (an early gift, which you can start using now) as I don't want you waiting.. so best you get it now (should arrive to work on 14-15th august). Anyhow, I hope you enjoy using it! I look forwarded to hearing from you about your receipt of it.

I think its time now to also relax, its late on a friday night and my eyes are sore from a full training week at work. Anyway best to continue this blog when I am fresher. I love you babe, always and forever (although more and more as each days passes by). I also hope you enjoy your steak house meal tonight. Send me some pictures  :) xxxxx
